Best McDonald's experience in a long time
My 3 year old requested a Happy Meal, so my parents and I took him to the Cantrell McDonald's. It was a great experience. The employee who took our order was polite and friendly, she walked the food out to our table and the food was hot and fresh.
Horrendous service
I stop at this location as it is on my way to work. However, this morning (7/9/26), this service was by far the worst I ever experienced. I placed my order via the McDonald’s app, got to the speaker and had to wait approximately 5 minutes. Pulled around to the second window, and the guy said my total was x.xx. I stated I paid through the app and was asked to pull to the first spot. 35 minutes later, no order and no food. Please correct the customer service at this location. This is by far the worst I’ve experienced.

As a former McDonald’s Owner/Operator in NH, My wife and I were both really impressed with our breakfast visit this morning. It’s wonderful to see a spotless restaurant, outwardly friendly staff and great food. Keep up the great work!
